Rules & Regulations

1. Show time will be Saturday, September 8, 2007 at 10:30 a.m.
2. Only residents of Van Buren County can complete for premium money.
3. All horse must be pre-registered no later than September 1, 2007.
4. An entry fee, of $5.00 per head, to accompany all registrations. Horses registered after September 1, 2007, entry fee will be ten dollars.
5. Horses will be shown in the livestock barns or designated area.
6. All exhibitors must show their own animals.
7. All Junior exhibitors must show their own animals. If they have more animals in a class, another Junior exhibitor may assist. A Junior exhibitor is someone under nineteen years of age.
8. All horses must meet State Livestock and Poultry regulations.
9. All stallions must have (over the nose or under the chin) chain.
10. For each open show class there will be a Junior show class.
11. Each division of each class will compete for Champion and Reserve Champion Junior and Open divisions Champions will compete for Grand Champion and Reserve Champion.
12. The Van Buren County Fair Association and Superintendent reserves the right to add to these rules or make any changes necessary at anytime.
