Merchants Display Contest Rules:
The contest is open to all businesses and organizations in Van Buren County.
All participants must include the theme and fair dates in their display.
All participants must leave displays in place through Saturday, September 13th.

BE ORIGINAL AND BE CREATIVE! POSSIBLE
DISPLAY OPTIONS ARE LISTED BELOW.

Displays in categories 1, 2, and 3 must be ready for judging no later than noon on Friday, September 9th.

Category 1 – Dimensional window display
Judging will be Friday afternoon, September 9th.

Category 2 – Outside or inside doorway display
Judging will be Friday afternoon, September 9th.

Category 3 – Painted or flat window display
Judging will be on Friday afternoon, September 9th.

Category 4 – One half hour of live window display
Judging will be by appointment on Saturday, September 10th.

RIBBONS WILL BE AWARDED IN EACH CATEGORY FOR BEST OF SHOW
and FIRST, SECOND, AND THIRD PLACES.
